Back to work and back into a routine. The summer holidays are lingering and the memories have not yet faded.
It’s that time of year. The gyms are full, motivation is peaking and the inevitable drop in daily workouts has not yet come to pass. Resolutions have been dreamt up (or stolen from others), never to be achieved.

Starting with a bit of a recap. My knee is still a little sore but on the mend. I can feel it getting stronger. I’m still trying to take things easy though to build back up to the activity levels that I was at prior to the injury.
Melbourne has opened up and removed the 5km travel limit due to COVID19 restrictions. I got a little excited.
This is the current race schedule for 2021 that will be used to gain UTMB Points, build experience and get stronger both mentally and physically in my racing.
My knee is continuing to give me dramas. I’ve been to the Physio which is not something I normally do.
I’m frustrated. My knee is still giving me grief. It is on the mend but has been for the last few months.
